Gluggle Jugs

Written by

in

The fish-shaped Gluggle Jug makes an impressive noise as water is poured from it.
The sound comes from air bubbles moving back and forth between the tail and body sections of the jug.
The same phenomenon takes place in glass bottles when trying to pour quickly.
